Asulam for Bracken Control - Questionnaire

I would like to thank the 155 people who have responded to the questionnaire. Provisional agreement has been reached to hold a meeting with the key players that control or have an interest in the use of Asulam before mid-February. During this meeting, there will be discussion about the proposed regime for the use of Asulam this year and possible alternative approaches. I will be using the level of support that your responses have provided to add weight to the argument that opportunities for change must be investigated. It may not be possible to get everything that the bracken control industry might want, but an airing of the issues may result in some changes. Further responses to the briefing and questionnaire will be very welcome, so please could you continue to spread the word. I will keep you up to date with further developments. Simon Thorp Coordinator The Bracken Control Group This newsletter has been sent to everyone who indicated that they would like to receive further information / updates about bracken control in the response to the Briefing & Questionnaire.
