 A letter has been sent to Victoria Prentis MP, who is the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at Defra, with responsibility for Pesticides.  If the information presented in the additional EA application, which will be submitted in early April, justifies it, the Chemicals Regulation Division of HSE will submit it to the Expert Committee on Pesticides and if agreed by the Committee recommendations will be forwarded to the Minister.

A copy of the letter was sent to the Environment Ministers in Wales and Northern Ireland and to the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform in Scotland.
